Return & 2 YEAR DURABILITY/REPLACEMENT Warranty Policies
We are a family run business based in California and we know how important it is to buy a reliable product from a business you can count on. We offer two options for Returns and Exchanges. Option 1 covers a 30 day full refund in case you do not like your Easy Baby Travelers. Option 2 is our Risk Free Two Year Durability Guarantee and covers any Diaper Bag Organizer product defects. Please read the details.
If Easy Baby Travelers are not right for you then you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order
If you find that Easy Baby Travelers are not right for you, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return your product for a full refund. Items must be returned in their new and original condition that they were sent in order to receive a refund. Please note; washing, machine washing or drying voids the warranty and the return policy (Travelers should be spot cleaned). Once we receive your return and inspect it you will see a refund via the payment method you used on our site within ten days. Please reach out to easybabytravelerscs@gmail.com to initiate a refund. You have three business days to place your return in the mail. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
Gift cards are not refundable.

If your Easy Baby Travelers contains a manufacturing defect, we will FIX OR REPLACE YOUR EASY BABY TRAVELER–AND WILL NOT BILL YOU!

What's a properly used Easy Baby Traveler?
When you order your Easy Baby Travelers we will send you similar instructions to the ones below. Please follow them ensure the durability guarantee.
1) Use the bags only for baby and toddler supplies.
2) Do not over stuff your Easy Baby Travelers. If you are stretching the fabric and it's hard to close the zipper you may have placed too many items inside.
3) Spot clean dirt and spills. Putting any fabric in the washer and dryer ultimately weakens them, making them more prone to tears and pilling. Washing, machine washing or drying voids the warranty and the return policy.
**Putting the Easy Baby Travelers into the a Washer or Dryer automatically voids the warranty and the return policy. Washing weakens fabrics and the zipper.
Please note: International orders are not eligible for free replacements. Buyer pays the cost to ship the replacement item.
